The Red Rhino™ 4000 series compact crusher is designed for the onsite crushing and recycling of demolition waste (garages, concrete floors, patios, pathways, driveways, etc) into a reusable and resaleable aggregate for use back on the same site.
The Red Rhino™ 4000 series tracked compact crusher is a continual motion jaw crusher which will crush a full UK kerbstone in approximately 60 seconds – yet will still travel through a standard doorway, and/or crush in sites with limited or restricted access and space. It is self propelled, weighs only 1.42t and can produce in excess of 24t per day.

Single toggle jaw crusher with jaw aperture of 400mm x 170mm – the only small crusher to accept a full UK kerbstone.
The 4000 series is 775mm wide and can travel through doorways, into rear gardens, and enter sites where access and space is restricted. Hydraulically adjustable jaws allow for the adjustment of output product size, ranging from a choice of 5mm up to 70mm.
Output will vary according to jaw setting, loading method, loading equipment, input material, and familiarity of the loading operator. In excess of 6t per hour has been achieved.
